Points changes
Monday, January 26th, 2009After some discussion ( http://www.listal.com/groups/viewthread/9683/ ) I have decided to make the following changes to the points which are awarded for actions on the site.
Changed:
Points for adding videos 20 from 10
Points for adding lists 100 from 50
Points for receiving votes 10 from 5
Added:
Adding notes to lists 10 points
Posting comments 10 points
Promotion to the front page 100 points
Removed:
Points for adding favorite lists (merged into normal list points)
I may make additional changes like more points for longer reviews, but changes like this are more complicated since I don’t calculate or store the length of a review yet.
